Other important features
include:
- Outer ring with double roller
seal border, entirely machined and accurately
ground to adapt the bearing for supporting loads
including axial components. The ring normally
has a crowning on the O.D. to improve functioning
in the presence of heavy loads and to eliminate
load concentration on the sides of the track.
Cam Followers with cylindrical O.D. can be supplied
on request.
- Journal with threaded shank,
a machined in-roller guide edge and tempered rolling
track. On the outer face is a hex seat for
allen keys or on request a slot for a screwdriver.
- Steel seal plates are assembled
to the outer ring by shrinking, this forms a secure
system of production of the labyrinth.
- Full compliment of parallel
rollers with ground flat ends.
- Lubrication holes and grooves
in the shank.
- Standard class manufacturing
tolerances with optional precision as per class
P5 (DIN 620).
- The values of the load capacity
given in the table refer to idling pins used as
bearings and are calculated as per ISO 281/I and
ISO 76 standards.
