The main features of these rollers, which are used in great numbers in every plant, are:

  • Major thickness of outer ring which must resist not only the load due to the weight of the coil, but also shock which occurs during loading.
  • Efficient sealing system against the infiltration of impurities to inside of the bearing.
  • It is possible to re-lubricate the rollers during operation.
  • It is possible to assemble the roller on the end of the shaft, by selecting the roller with the closed flange and bolt hole.
  • Depending on the working conditions, the wheels can be completely filled with parallel rollers or be fitted with a separation cage and roller guide.
